Radhika Apte is an Indian film and stage actress. Hailing from Pune, Apte began her acting career in theatre, working with the theatre troupe Aasakta in her home town, before venturing into films . Apte is actively involved with theatre and has been part of several stage plays. Radhika Apte has also acted in a number of short films, including Darmiyan, in which she played a college girl Ekta, and Vakratunda Swaha, which was filmed by Ashish Avikunthak over a period of 12 years. She played one of the lead roles in Anurag Kashyap's short film on eve teasing, That Day After Everyday, which released on YouTube in 2012. She played the title role in Sujoy Ghosh's 2015 Bengali short film Ahalya.

Gurvinder Singh is an Indian film director. He is best known for his Punjabi language films Anhe Ghore Da Daan, and Chauthi Koot which premiered at Venice and Cannes Film Festival respectively.

Gurvinder Singh began his filmmaking journey with ‘Pala’ a documentary film that covers the life of wandering folk musicians through Punjab. He later directed his first fiction feature, ‘Anhe Ghore Da Daan’, which premiered at the Venice Film Festival and went on to receive numerous awards including 3 National Awards in India. The film is a haunting portrayal of the lives of people in a village as they battle with the reality of industrial development. His second feature film, ‘Chauthi Koot’ is based on 2 short stories that explore fear, mistrust and paranoia in the 1980s, Punjab. It premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, received the National Award for ‘Best Punjabi Film’ and is due to release in India in August 2016. Apart from films, Gurvinder has also directed music videos for singers Rabbi Shergill and Jasbir Jassi.
